During the first follow-up appointment, a patient will present for a routine pessary change. Learners will be introduced of how to obtain a focused history, perform a physical examination, and identify any pessary complications. During the second follow-up appointment, a patient will request a surgical intervention. Learners will need to select a surgical option that is most appropriate for this patient.
