- On the navigation page, Queue, Search, Favorites, History and Downloads tabs will become available once you subscribe to any paid subscription and your device is activated.
- Click on one of these tabs to prompt the activation. A window named "Account Sign In Required" will pop up. It will provide you with an activation Code.
- Now go to www.viaway.com/activate on your PC, or just go to your account (which is shown as your email address on the top of the site) and click on "Activate Device" tab.
- Enter the activation code which was listed on your TV or other connected device
- Click on a service plan you would like to activate your device with.
- If you have more than one service plan, please select one in the drop-down menu and enter the name of your device. Click on "Activate" tab. If you have only one service plan, your device will be activated automatically at this step.

You subscriptions service may start with a free trial which provides you with FULL benefits of selected subscription services for no charge during the designated free trial period.
The free trial period of your subscription lasts for 3 to 7 days (3 - 7 calendar days), or as otherwise specified during sign-up. Once your free trial period ends, we will begin billing your Payment Method for a subscription fee corresponding to a monthly subscription plan, unless you cancel prior to the end of your free trial. For this reason, you will be asked to choose Payment Method and to provide your billing information when redeeming a free trial offer. You can cancel any time with no charges to your Payment Method during a free trial.
We send you a message that your free trial subscription has ended and that your paid subscription has begun.
If you wish to avoid charges to your Payment Method, you must cancel trial service prior to midnight Pacific Time on the last day of your free trial period. Verification Code

Activation Code
The Activation Code is the one which will appear on your device after you subscribed for Viaway Plus. You need it to activate your device. Learn how to Activate a Device.
Offer Code
The Offer Code will be provided by Viaway itself in order to offer you a free trial.
In order to add a device, you need to Subscribe to VIAWAY Plus. You will be able to use Favorites, Search, Downloads, History and Queue.

You need to have a Network Connection to have the full Viaway experience. If you do not have a Network Connection or you lose it while browsing through Viaway, a window with an Application Notice will come up.
That notice will tell you that a Network Connection is not available. Your content selection will be limited to Downloads until your Network Connection is restored.

How do I delete my account?
If you do not want to have an active account with Viaway and want to make sure your login information is taken down from our site completely, you must first cancel any subscription services you have with Viaway using the steps above. Once you cancel all of your subscription services, you can go to Account page and click Close Account. Please note, your information is stored in our database for historical and legal purposes only.

How do I cancel my a-la-carte subscription?
If you currently have an a-la-carte subscription and want to make sure it does not automatically renew at the end of your term, you'll need to cancel your a-la-carte subscription.

All you need to do is put a valid credit card on file.
After you have successfully signed up for the Viaway On-Demand service, you can rent or purchase paid content on Viaway and stream it from your Library on any connected device that supports Viaway.
Simply go to the content you want to Rent or Subscribe a-la-carte on your device or on your computer. Wait for the message that gives your options how to pay for the content and choose Rent, Purchase or Subscribe A-la-carte.
If you would like to change your payment method, follow simple steps below:

2. Locate your current subscription.
3. Under subscription, choose Change Payment. It will give you an option enter your new payment information. New payment will be used next time your subscription is billed.
Viaway provides access to over 100,000 video programs from all over the world.
We do not always host the content so we rely on the program's host to ensure a quality stream. Please let us know what program or channel is not playing properly and we will work with the content provider to better their stream.
When you limit your Media language preference to a specific language, for example Spanish, it will show only media options in that language. Switch to English to see more options.

If you used Facebook to login into Viaway and do want others to see what you are watching, you can update your Preferences.

You can change your Viaway username/email anytime.

All media files are streamed directly from the original source. For example, CNBC videos come from CNBC video podcast.
Media playback will depend on your internet connection and the capabilities of your device. Please contact the device manufacture if media playback causes issues.
We are tracking media playback errors and building a database of information to help you to avoid any future playback issues. Contact us to report a problem with a specific media playback.
Please note: The Samsung Blue-ray Player takes currently a lot of time to load some of the videos so it looks like it freezes. But we are working on that issue, and it will be resolved soon.
