The Spiritual Workout(tm) with Steven Morrison has two primary ingredients. The first is you and whatever's challenging you in this moment of your life experience; the second is the lens through which we will look at your challenge(s), made up of 15 contemporary, non-religious, religion-friendly, universally spiritual concepts culled from a wide range of religious, spiritual, and philosophical disciplines. The show is an invitation to master - through practice and more practice - the myriad ways in which these concepts apply to the big and small problems you face in everyday life. As you work them out - via your own and other people's experiences - your spiritual muscles will grow strong and you will likely find yourself living a happier, more peaceful life in which you are more deeply, fully, and richly engaged.
