Stockholm närradio (Stockholm community radio) is an association of some 25 non-profit organisations in the Stockholm area, that broadcast their own radio programs on three low power radio transmitters.
Stockholm närradio is open for non-profit associations, sport clubs, political parties, churches, student's unions and similar interest groups. Apart from other forms of radio broadcasting in Sweden, the närradio stations don't have to be neutral, objective and unbiased.
We also transmit live from City council meetings (kommunfullmäktige).
