Radio NZ - This Way Up with Simon Morton
Are you ready for Radical? Some say quack some say quark. What do you say? We invite you to tune or listen in to the Ask Dr. Ron Radio Show, which is broadcast from Boston each Saturday at 1:00 p.m. EST. Streaming from radio station WBIX in Boston and podcasting on the web, Dr. Ron Cherubino discusses current health topics from an alternative medicine perspective.
The Ask Dr Ron Radio Show is on a mission to cure the world! Alternative, integrative and complementary medicine is growing worldwide. Tune in and find out why!
While Dr. Cherubino appreciates and even praises the apparent advances in modern medicine, he is quick to point out the shortcomings of what some believe is a broken system. Western allopathic medicine is treading on dangerous ground and we the patients are paying the price.
The system purports to have safe and effective treatments that are clearly harmful and ineffective, sometimes to the point of death. "Above all, do no harm" is now a thing of the past. This, by the way, fits the accepted definition of quackery.
Quackery in American medicine is rampant from the incomplete education of our medical students, to a hospital system that is dominated both philosophically and financially by big business and corporate greed. We are all familiar with the out-of-control monopoly referred to as the pharmaceutical industry.
In an attempt to counter the status quo, the Ask Dr. Ron Radio Show educates, entertains, enlightens and informs as it broadcasts from Boston, Massachusetts each Saturday at 1:00 p.m. www.AskDrRon.com
Ask Dr Ron - Radio Show
The Victory Point is a podcast that will teach you how to play a new board game twice a month. These will often not be games you would find in Wal-Mart like Monopoly or Life - but designer board games - which you will find a lot more fun and entertaining.
This is the enhanced version of the podcast so if you have an iOS device (iphone, ipod or ipad) or if you have itunes installed on your computer you will also have images and chapter sections to make learning the game even easier. You will also be able to jump to any of the sections quickly and easily, even while your playing, if you need a refresher on certain rules.
Our main website is at www.thevictorypoint.net

Join the discussion as we talk about games in general and in particular, why we play them, our impressions of the latest and greatest, and the foibles unique to the hobby. We don't discuss the horrible unfun games (Monopoly, Risk), but instead explore the exciting and expanding world of designer games.
