After a violent home invasion, resulting in the murder of his wife Jennifer (Jennifer Farrugia), John Krause (Dan Eberle) rouses from a four-month dream, to a waking nightmare of a life decimated. He re-enters the world, but everything has changed. In a fog of grief and sadness, John wanders the landscape of his misery searching for relief. What he finds is a world beneath his own, a world of drugs and violence, and ultimately, an opportunity to exact vengeance. Tacitly told in a lyrical cinematic style, entirely without dialogue, Prayer to a Vengeful God is a silent study of a man who trades his humanity for revenge. Written and directed by Dan Eberle.

Michael Scheibler and his wife, Betty, reside on 320 acres of land in the little town of Emo, Ontario, a property that serves as a welcoming sanctuary for droves of surrounding wildlife. Michael has, quite unpredictably, become closest to the most dangerous of these animal neighbors - a group of over sixty wild bears.
Bruised by tragedy, Michael finds solace through his interactions with these unconventional healers, a life-altering discovery that soon leads him on an unexpected path to love and redemption.
From Reel Productions, a rare film that shows how a surprise encounter with wild animals can teach a broken man to be human again.

Mr. Brown is a middle-aged handicapped black man in a wheel chair. He endlessly listens to music, reads books and looks out the window to oversee the roofs of neighboring houses in Harlem. Nothing breaks his monotonous loneliness except for the visits of two helpers - a young Russian woman-social worker and a young black man-home attendant – who merely do their duties. But in Mr. Brown’s imagination they all have a passionate affair. The home attendant loves the social worker but is very jealous of her because she is madly in love with Mr. Brown, and Mr. Brown himself is in love with the home attendant-boy. These “relationships” develop gradually over continuous visits of two helpers. And in Mr. Brown’s world their passion is expressed through the dance. Unable to withstand the energy of love and possession Mr. Brown kills the home attendant and sinks into a prison of his loneliness and wheel chair.
