The life of Bob Dylan is examined through multiple variations of his own personality and career, as played by a series of different actors.
I'm Not There

Bob Dylan - 1975-1981 - Rolling Thunder & The Gospel Years
Word of Life Church is a large church led by Pastor Brian and Peri Zahnd in Saint Joseph, Missouri, about 30 minutes North of Kansas City. We are a non-denominational Christian church, which simply means that we are governed by our own elders, not by an outside organization. About 4,000 people worship at Word of Life each weekend.
Brian Zahnd is the lead pastor of Word of Life Church in Saint Joseph, Missouri. He founded the church in 1981 with his wife, Peri, and is guided in leading the congregation by these five signpost words: Cross, Mystery, Eclectic, Community, and Restoration. Brian travels extensively ministering in churches and conferences across America and internationally. Brian is the author of two books, What To Do On The Worst Day Of Your Life and Unconditional? The Call Of Jesus To Radical Forgiveness. When not pastoring or writing, Brian spends his time exploring the mountains and Bob Dylan deep tracks.

THE BAND
Jack Hardy is the frontman, the songsmith, the keyboards and the demi-pirate style musketeer who has a fine line in leather jackets and history of playing gigs with injuries and physical setbacks, a broken rib, a slashed foot and a trapped nerve, to name but a few. The show must go on, eh? His heroes are Brian Wilson and Michael Jackson and his favourite film is The Terminator.
Richie Quarterman is the guitar wielding, Yorkshire bred womble lookalike who is never happier than in a good old pub with a nice pint and a good football game. Loves Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Bic Runga and all things Eastern, writes the occasional protest song and is currently pioneering a new hairstyle, The Thatch. Think Worzel Gummage. His weapon of choice is a deep blue US Telecaster.
TaeHyen Kim is the Bassman, the grooverider, the warrior of the low notes. His 1978 Fender Jazz is actually older (and heavier) than he is, he churns out funky, Led Zeppelin inspired basslines and is somewhat of a musical genius, being equally at home on the guitar, bass, drums, piano or on vocal duties. He also played at the World Cup opening ceremony in Korea in 2002. Bastard.
Joss is the rhythm man, the human beat machine whose style is somewhere between Neil Peart and Keith Moon. He does a bloody good impression of just about anything, has an overly impressive drum kit and a mysterious background, although he played a lot of very heavy metal at some point. He’s also a spiritual man, often found meditating with Tai chi in front of his favourite film, Back Door Babes Volume 2

The Folkways Collection
We'll raise up our tent in any town that will have us...." declares the new studio album by San Francisco's Tea Leaf Green. Produced by David Lowery (Cracker, Camper Van Beethoven, Counting Crows), the album presents eleven, well-crafted songs that tempt the listener to set off on the archetypal American adventure.
In times past, you could run away and join the circus or ride the freight trains, and Tea Leaf Green offers the same seductive pull to today's kids. Sharing some of the style and substance of musical contemporaries My Morning Jacket, Wolfmother, and the Raconteurs, Tea Leaf Green conjures the spirit of bands like '70s Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, and The Grateful Dead, taking classic sounds and giving them a present-day polish. Tea Leaf Green reminds us at every turn just how alluring rock 'n' roll can be.
Tea Leaf Green consistently delivers mind bending live performances to their loyal and ever-growing fan base. Nightly, the band explores the depths of their prodigious songbook, taking everyone along for an exhilarating ride.
In a few short years, these road warriors have built a strong following, consistently filling venues across the country and becoming a warmly received, go-to band on the festival circuit with stand-out performances at Bonnaroo, Wakarusa, 10K Lakes, and The Echo Project, among others. The band's chops earned the respect of their contemporaries and they have shared the stage with The Dave Matthews Band, Trey Anastasio, Gov't Mule, Bruce Hornsby, John Popper, Bob Weir, Sean Lennon and many others. Experience Tea Leaf Green for yourself...and enjoy the journey.

San Francisco-based band Tea Leaf Green got their start in the relationship formed between guitarist Josh Clark and drummer Scott Rager, who played in a high-school band together in Arcadia, CA. After graduation, Rager enrolled at San Francisco State College, where he met bassist Ben Chambers. When Clark moved to San Francisco, the three began playing together as a trio. Their first paying gig was attended by Trevor Garrod, a singer/songwriter and keyboard player who had moved to San Francisco looking for other musicians to play with. Garrod met the three others, and soon they were playing together as a quartet. They built a following in Northern California and self-released the albums Tea Leaf Green, Midnight on the Reservoir (2001), Live at Slim's, San Francisco CA (2003), Living in Between (2004), and Live at the Independent (2004).
They issued their first national release, Taught to Be Proud, in 2005 and within a year they were opening for Gov't Mule, Trey Anastasio, Dave Matthews Band and a host of other lauded musicians. In 2007, longtime bass player Ben Chambers left the band and was replaced by Reed Mathis, formerly of Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey. Mathis's stylistic versatility on bass proved to be the perfect fit for the band. In 2008, Tea Leaf Green went on to re-release their first three studio albums as the triple-CD compilation entitled Seeds. Later that year the band followed up with their next studio album Raise Up the Tent.
In June 2010 Tea Leaf Green will release Looking West, their first studio album in 2 years. The release is a compilation of road-tested, fan favorite songs that the band has never recorded in the studio. The album marks a new chapter for Tea Leaf Green and represents the artistic and individual growth of the band since their formation more than a decade ago.
