When kids act up it's hard for parents not to get their buttons pushed and, well... yell at their children. This is especially true when the behavior on display has been the topic of "conversation" on at least ten prior occasions. We should save our breath (and our blood pressure) advises Sharon Silver, parenting coach and author of "Stop Reacting and Start Responding." In this episode, Annie and Sharon discuss healthy and more effective alternatives to yelling.
